- Ocean Software Limited, 1990.  Most versions of this computer game were packaged 
in a box with a photograph of David Cronenberg in front of the gates of Midian but, for some reason, the version for 
the Amiga platform was completely different...

- Slipped inside the covers of the Simplified Chinese edition of Abarat in 2004, this bookmark highlights 
an underused Abarat painting.

- Gauntlet Press again, 25 signed and numbered copies of these were produced at the end of 2000 for values 
of $100 and up.  Clive signed the one shown on the left, Mick Garris signed the ones with the cover 
illustration. 25 certificates were also produced for Caitlin R. Kiernan's Silk.
